What you need to make a claim

• Details about when the event occurred and what happened, including any damage to your vehicle
• Details about other people involved (if applicable)
• If the loss is caused by theft, you should notify the police and obtain a report.

Don’t worry if you don’t have all the information right now, we will reach out for any additional information including photos and documents if we need them.

Please note:
If the loss is caused by theft, attempted theft or malicious damage, call the police as soon as possible and record the time, date, report number and the name of the recording Officer.
