Flood cover is automatically included (as part of your premium) as part of the property damage section of your business insurance cover for policies with a start date on or after 7 December 2023. However, we do not insure for flood in the first 72 hours of commencing a new policy or adding/modifying (including increasing any insured amount) of the property damage cover. Actions or movements of the sea and storm surge are not covered. Other exclusions apply. Check out the PDS for details.
