You can view and manage your policy online, by logging in GIO Online Services. You’ll need to register if you haven’t already. 

GIO Online Services currently displays policy and claims information for GIO Home and Contents, Landlord Property and Contents, and Car Insurance policies. It also shows certain claims information for Motorcycle and Caravan policies. 

Claims and policy information is not available for any Legal Liability claims, or the following GIO products:

• Compulsory Third Party Personal Injury Insurance;
• Commercial Motor Vehicle Insurance;
• Boat Insurance; 
• Business Insurance;
• Accidental Injury Insurance; 
• Accidental Death Plan Insurance;
• Strata Liability Cover Insurance;
• Workers Compensation Insurance; and
• Travel Insurance.
